How do you go from guitar music to ukulele music, is that possible? In traditional guitar music is a A note the same as aa note on the Ukulele. I think yes and A is a A. So how do you transpose guitar 6 string music to ukulele tab 4 string.
The one on the thumbnail is "twinkle twinkle little star" or the ABCs which they both ahve the same melody

I made my own in a graphics program. I think there are some pdfs out there.

Yes, TAB goes all the way up the neck. Most of us don’t play much beyond the 4th or 5th frets for basic melodies.
I don’t know what the things on the top are and I thought they were called tabsS😅
I'm not sure what you're referring to, but there are FRETS, which are the metal bars on the neck. TAB is short for "tablature," which is a notation system that refers to strings and finger placement. People so use the term "TABS," but I can't tell you why.
