For anybody needing other tricep exercises try skull crushers tricep extensions close grip bench or JM Press. All of these are just as good if not better.
I've done all those tricep exercises and the one that he's showing in this video worked the best for me. I benched press 250lbs weighing only 146lbs and this exercise definitely helped a lot.

I'll do single arm kettlebell pullovers on the med ball. Other than that same set up same range of motion. Great for stabilizers great for shoulders ROM great for thoracic and cervical spine prehab and yea great for tris. It's a staple.
An old body builder showed me this exercise in the gym nearly 15 years ago. You get great results. I havent seen many people do this exercise or even the chest pull over for that matter.

I looked for another way to do my skull crushers and the easiest thing I found was to pick up a dumbbell, later I realized I could lower the weight behind my head and get a deeper range of motion, and that’s how I do my skull crushers lol, guess imma call them miracle gro’s now

This shit ain’t new it’s called skull crushes and if ur gonna do this do it either a EZ-bar. If ur not in a home gym and in a proper gym please just stick to the basics and do cable pushdown and overhead

This is a back and upper chest exercise we have been doing since I started training in the 70s People need to stop and know what they are really talking about.
I have solid triceps it's because I've always done closer gripped pushups and my triceps were already really strong and I do triceps extensions with 1 dumbell
Actually not the best. Doing 1 dumbell limits thy stretch on your triceps since they wanna naturally extend out not above our heads. Two separate at a wider angle is the best

Skull crushers pretty much. The set up is a little different with a different range of motion too

I ve been doing this for 30 years. I call it a tricep pullover. And yes it’s effective
Some say this limits the movement of the tricep and therefore two dumbells make it much better

I tend to do it to target the lats after the Lats Pulldown, and yes the triceps still get heated
I like doing weighted pull-ups with reverse pyramid training! Then doing seated cable rows with the V bar so it can be all lats!
