I used to do this a lot when I owned a Yamaha Rd350. The CB Point should open 2mm BTDC. (some motorcycles 1.8mm BTDC).
Just get the piston to TDC (top dead center) of the left cylinder and set the marker on the dial guage. Then turn the crank backwards till you have 2 mm (which is 2 rotations on this dial guage and can be different on others).
Now from what I remember the top cb point corresponds with the left cylinder and the other one with the right cylinder. So you should have a cigarette paper inserted in that cb point and that paper should slide off at that point ( just as the piston hits 2mm BTDC.) If you go further back the CB point will be closed. So the trick is to rotate the crank in both directions when you are around 2mm BTDC to confirm that the point opens just at 2mm.
Instead of the cigarette paper, its better and more accurate to use a lamp with the battery in series with the top cb point (or a buzzing multi-meter) to check continuity . The lamp will be off until the piston hits 2mm BTDC when it should go on. Here too you should rotate the crank in both directions to confirm that the point opens just at 2mm.
Well before all this ofcourse you should make sure the maximum gap of the cb points is set as suggested.
With these settings the Rd350 engine would just purr like a kitten.

Hi sir which ht coil is suitable for RD350?

Set the dial to zero when the piston position is at TDC then reverse crank it to 2 or 2.4mm as per the recommended firing timing, there you can adjust to let the points open.
