- As promised, here's a compilation of voice lines from Echo when she's doing her ultimate! Since Echo's ultimate is basically duplicating other heroes, therefore her voicelines are similar to which heroes she duplicated. But I think Echo's voice sounds more otherworldly, terrifying, and intimidating. Let me know in the comments which one is your favorite! Mine is when Echo saying Lucio's line.

Fun fact. In the Polish version of the dub The Echo doesn't play the Bastion's melody, it just says that it activated the artillery configuration.

@@lorddingus42 True. That's why I play with the English dub instead of the one in my language, and also because the characters don't have accents, and because the characters don't have these special lines in their languages. Low budget. Bruh

I love that she tries to copy the voice inflection as well.

I always loved how she says "Reinhardt" in a much more grim and serious tone than the others. Back in OW1, she actually had the same HP as tanks when she ulted, so having to deal with 3 tanks with full hp, one of which with ultrafast ult charge, the way she says his name is basically her saying "You are so unbelievably fucked"

You can tell which characters were added in OW2. She says their names with more oomph, I mean Junker Queen, Sojourn, and Kiriko.

and the Reaper one is also scarier than the actual Reaper voiceline
True. Whereas Reaper just sounds really angry, Echo sounds like she's almost having fun, which makes it sound way more sadistic.
I feel bad for the voice actor who had to learn twice as many lines and in different languages
I think most VA's would be happy to get the extra work!

I believe she does actually, cause you hear both of those if you're the opposing team so it would make sense that Echo also uses those voice lines if you're fighting an opposing Echo.

She will finish the Ride of the Valkyries melody when duplicating Bastion twice in a row (you can try this with 2 people in the practice range)

If it's mispronounced, that's on the director not the voice actor.

You can't suplicate Echo, in OW1 though there was an exploit to allow for that, she simply says "Adaptive circuits engaged: ... (silent).
