Zhao's club, Hebei FC is probably the most pathetic football club in the world right now. Zhao and his teammates had barely been paid last season and are filing lawsuit to get their wage back. Hebei FC got a 9 points penalty on the league table for not paying wages. Having only earn 6 points for the whole season, Hebei FC ended up with -3 points and got relegated. There's rumour that the club will soon be dismissed.
A few years back, great players like Mascherano, Lavezzi and Gervinho were playing for Hebei FC. Zhao must felt that there was an exiciting career ahead of him when he was on the youth team. Now, nobody would blame 19-year-old Zhao even if he decide to quit his football career.
I gues Jarrad picked Zhao by chance without knowing the background. It is also unlikely that Zhao will see this video. But still, great thanks for the effort! Keep up the good work!

It's a PC mod that lets you see basically every possible in game stat

I 100% don't expect you to get this first time, but Chinese names in general are built with one (consecutive) vowel syllables (characters). so Zhao is one character (zh is more close to a j as in jail than a z) and ZiYe is two syllables.

Zhao is now playing in the second division of China after Hebei FC Broken last year. And he appeared 18 times, made 1 assist for the team Sichuan Jiuniu, which belongs to the city group same with Man city. And lucky, they got promotion to the Chinese Super League. Guys can see Zhao again in EAFC 25. 😁
For clarity everyone asking- he uses PC mods which is how he can see the dynamic potential and also how he can get contracts at all the clubs he needs to in order to stay managing his player… secondly… Leeds being Uniteds rival is an interesting take? A better use of training would be to check which gets the rating up faster - might make the challenge slightly easier

Me and my brother signed Ryan Sessengon from free agents for Norwich in season 3 to replace our injured winger. Converted him to a striker almost by accident. He broke the Premier League top goalscorer record 3 years running with 33, 36 and 39 as well as scoring 11 and 13 goals whilst winning the Euros and World Cup respectively…

It would have been easier to leave him as RW and train him to be LW but never change his position. +7 or so growth in rating per season is always guaranteed with that glitch

I did this exact thing as well. But with a different Chinese player rated 48. And by the time he was 29 or 30 I got him to 83 rated and he was playing for Arsenal in the Premier League. But my word did it take me a long time to get there.
