You should sign other players to help your ballon dor winner win more games and therefore have better performances and improve and rating faster. Also to have a higher chance of winning more trophies/goals/assist and make the ballon for nomination quicker

As a Birmingham fan aswell I would love too see this, Blues have been in the mud for a while now due too bad ownership and poor results, they have lots of loan players so would be interesting what you could do with them, fun fact Birmingham won the league cup and in the same year got relegated

Hi guys, I don't really play career mode, kinda just getting into it, and I don't understand where he can see the player's potential. I can spot it when they're in the youth academy, or being scouted, but not from the squad hub. I'm very confused.
