Are you referring to its keys appearing to be missing? I think that's just the camera angle, in person there is no difference between both accordions. The keys are operated by some banks of pneumatic motors mounted on a wooden frame behind, I will see if I can find a video of one in action!

@@rexoliver7780 Ah, I see! I've tried to go out looking for a video but I can't find one that shows it in action really well. I do have a video of another organ scheduled to upload in a couple of weeks where I have shown it quite close.
