hopping speed for a kangaroo is about 21-26 km/h (13-16 mph), but speeds of up to 71 km/h (44 mph) can be attained over short distances, while it can sustain a speed of 40 km/h (25 mph) for nearly 2 km (1.2 mi). The distance covered in a single hop at speeds can be 30 feet, but has been recorded up to 40 plus feet. height of jump is approx 3 meters or 10 feet.

Penguin Parade used to have a live stream... not sure if they still do it. No matter how many times the staff asked visitors not to use flash photography which hurts the penguins eyes, they still did it anyway. It was going to end badly sooner or later.
