Yes, you will receive your CIMEA before 29th July and your status will be change from assigned to approved.

No need attested from Mofa for Cimea just need Attested for HEC and Ibcc .

Thank you for the information. As i have checked for the cimea website they noticed that the service will be closed from the 29th of July 2023 to the 3rd of September 2023.
The service will re-start on the 4th of September 2023.
I am going to iran by Saturday and if Cimea is required for visa process then how can i get it dpne while the service are closed now till 3rd of September please help me in this regard.
You can’t get before 4th september, you need to wait.

I grtuated from a private univercity that is not registered with CIEMA and there
is no italian embassy in Afghanistan to issue the DOV letter

There’s no march intake in italy, only September intake. You just have to focus on your study specially on your GPA if you want to get admission in top ranking universities.

Apply urgent procedure from university link. Hopefully, you will receive your CIMEA before 29th July.

I barely understand what you said in the video.Could you please tell me whether we are able to submit only the statement of comparability to apply for a visa. I'm going to apply for both statement as my university have asked for both for enrolment. I'm currently preparing my all documents to apply for a visa.I'm afraid I won't have much time to apply for a visa .So if wait for the both statements to arrive ,I'll probably be late to apply for the visa. Can't I just use the statement of comparability as an alternative for the DOV?
Basically both SOC and SOV is alternative for DOV. You can’t apply for a visa and even for pre enrolment, if your university require both certificates. Unfortunately, you have to wait for your CIMEA.
If you still didn’t apply for CIMEA, apply ASAP. Attest all your educational documents from relevant authorities and scan them from digital scanner. Hopefully you’ll get your CIMEA within a week.

Ans 1) At present, No need to send documents to CIMEA, Upload all educational documents and wait for their message.
Ans 2) It is mandatory to send documents but not for everyone. If they have little doubt in your documents, they will ask you to send by post.

2)Pay you CIMEA fee
3)wait for CIMEA message
If they message you for hardcopies then you have to send your copies, and sometimes they didn’t ask to send hardcopies. They will provide both certificates without any hardcopies

You have to wait. After assigned, your status will be change to approved.
