No, affidavit is not acceptable for any regional scholarships. You need to satisfy to FBR and request them to provide income certificate

It’s depends on your region demand. If you’re applying for lazio, they will demand of 2021 income certificate and if you applying for Ergo, they will demand 2022 income certificate.
