He is stronger than class 1-A for sure, half the people only have a quirk that barely does anything in a fight. And with the others such as Bakugou, Todoroki, etc. He can probably, at most, beat half those people. The league, he is definitely stronger than Toga for sure, the others I don't know, but he may can beat them too. The pro heroes he can beat at most 3-6, I think depending on who he fights. All might and Izuku have the same quirk so their both technically equal. So, just because he is the "main character" doesn't mean he beats EVERYBODY, he just has a huge advantage and may be able to be them all.
