i had a 97 blazer (now my brother owns it) with 212k on the clock not a leak, tick, knock, or drop whatsoever! I love that little thing! now i have an 03 lb7 duramax! Loving it! Chevy all day everyday there aint no replacement!
I own a 99 suburban. bought it in may of 99. I've lifted it, tented it, added a crash bar. It looks awesome. It's been in 3 wrecks. All of which the other vehicles were totalled (and weren't my fault), yet my truck has never seen a body shop. No damage. That truck truly is like a rock. 12 years old and still kicking strong. I hope to have this truck forever. And after it craps out, I'm buying another Chevy. LIKE A ROCK!

we have a 89 silverado. its rusty and its only got about 160,000 miles on it but shes still purrs like a kitten. burns a lil oil but never complains when shes gettin low. CHEVY TRUCKS for LIFE!

I dont get why people hate Chevy, around where I live (NC pride!) I see fleets of chevy pickups, from old to new that carry out construction jobs all over the place, and what do the mothers at home drive? Chevy Tahoes and Suburbans. It make me proud to drive these types of vehicles.

chevrolet is supposed to the pride of america. what the hell has happened. hell is freezing over and im highly pissed. i have owned 3 s10 blazers but had to sell my last one when gas got out of control. i just couldnt afford to fuel it anymore. i sold it to me stepfather, occasionally i still get to drive it. its like a visit from an old friend. i still drive a chevy though. i have a really solid 91 cavalier 2.2. i love it almost as much as my trucks
Have no idea how many miles is on my 89 silverado, (5.7 350 engine). Mileage wasnt working when i bought it, shows 106,830 but im sure its over 200, 000. It dont smoke a bit or burn a drop of oil. My brother has a 90 GMC Sierra 350 with 189,000 and counting, no smoke or oil burning also

I have an 1982 Silverado with 500,000+ miles and runs like new. The only problem I've had with it was an exhaust leak from the 20 year old mufflers.
Apparently, the 90's was a hot bodystyle for the low profile. I agree!
