- here's a video update at 15 weeks along in my pregnancy with baby #2. i learned some really interesting news about the cause of nausea from my doctor, and i'm wondering if any mamas who had bad nausea can confirm if this is true- did baby take after daddy more??! let me know in the comments! baby is the size of an orange now! & still looking for baby name ideas- let me know those too!! :)

How is everyone looking so fresh and beautiful at 15 weeks? Whichever video I see they all look so pretty. Meanwhile I look like a homeless person who hasn’t showered in months. This headache is killing me :(

I had nausea until 13 weeks and horrible food aversions. I lost 12 lbs in my first trimester and to answer your question for that, my daughter does take after her dad :) And it's who everybody thinks she looks like!

I never knew that about morning sickness but that makes total sense! I had horrible morning sickness with my daughter and she's just like her daddy

My daughter's name is Daphne June. I have loved both of those names for a long time.
Pregnancy hormones are no joke. I cried when I didn't get any mashed potatoes at a Thanksgiving gathering. We have our anatomy scan and find out the gender December 21st. I keep waiting for this nausea to go away too. Here I am in week 15 and still puking most days and having pounding headaches. Have you had headaches? I have an aversion to peanut butter suddenly. I have still been loving apples but when you said with peanut butter I almost gagged. Haha pregnancy is just interesting so far!
Wow! I definitely think there's truth in what that lady told you about the baby being more like the father if the mother feels nauseous a lot during the pregnancy. I was very sick when I was pregnant with my daughter (I threw up a lot during the first trimester) and she turned out to be waaay more like her dad than me. She looks more like him and has the same hobbies and talents as him too. That's very interesting to think about. I'm curious to see if my next child will take more after me lol. You look really beautiful in this video by the way! Your hair, your blouse, your makeup and the happy glow beaming from you made me smile! :)

On the skin tag issue-
I got them so bad with my first pregnancy and I talked to my doctor. She said anytime something is damp it will likely create a skin tag. I got them in my arm pits, under my breasts, and in the creases of my legs. With this pregnancy I take extra time to make sure I'm extremely dry after a shower. And I have only got one, which went away after a few days. Idk how to safely remove them, but to prevent them keep yourself as dry as possible. I actually have to lift my boobs up, dry under them, then lay around naked for awhile in order to prevent skin tags lol.

Hi Brianna, I've read that apple cider vinegar will remove skin tags but I've never personally tried it. I've also seen people cut them off with a sharp razor at the base, they say it just feels like a quick pinch.

Hmmm that may be true what your Dr said! My son (who is also named Landon 😀) is like his dad in so many ways! Blonde hair, lighter skin, and personality is a lot like my husband!
With this pregnancy I have been EXTREMELY sick, worse than with my first, so this baby may come out with like green eyes, and super blonde hair, and light skin, because I have been sicker than a dog! Lol!

Skin tag removal- tie a thread around the base, it will cut off blood supply and fall off in a couple of days.
hmmm, I had the most horrific morning sickness during my 1st pregnancy and my daughter came out looking and acting exactly like me….
Grapes, tomatoes, apples and a little bit of pineapple~~ delicious
too funny about the skin tags LOL ugh, i had them after my pregnancy and my hubby wanted them removed LOL 😝 i had one on my chest and i had my ob remove it and ugh, it left a scar and then i had one by my armpit and i decided to go to my dermatologist and she did a great job removing it...yay, no scar!!! 😝 so, i suggest going to a skin doctor to remove any you may want to get rid of 👍that was sooo interesting what you had to say about morning sickness...i did not have any with my 1st two (perfect pregnancies) with my last two i had morning sickness...so, i guess that makes sense being they had a different dad and makes total sense!!! 😝 i still can NOT believe you are having a little girl...eek, you are going to have sooo much fun with her and i am DYING to know her name!!! ❤ i have a gf that has a little girl named alden and averly...i LOVE unusual names even though my kids have pretty traditional names the unique ones are ALWAYS fun to throw out!!! ❤ again, sooo excited for you and your beautiful family and can't wait for your next video!!! 😘
