So helpful. I have always had trouble with this. Thank you.. As an intermediate beginner, I have started to plan out ,before painting. I believe I will mix up my colors prior to painting and pick a color scheme then, even by writing them out beforehand(purple color scheme)

I have to admit I've never understood purple and yellow being complementary colors. They seem to clash to me. I think green goes better with purple. But, this was very helpful. Thank you from Phoenix, Arizona USA
