Really helpful video thank you. Just got mine fixed at my local garage. The sender unit cost £444 including VAT plus £240 labour. So a lot less than taking it to the main dealer

Glad you saved money, I feel as if this is particular to the plugin hybrid as it’s working a lot more waiting for the engine to start

Yes, you can. I have this problem. I have been driving the car for more than a month.

I drove my car for about 6-8 weeks before I did the job without problem but if it has a fault then it may stop at anytime

It depends on if your doing it yourself or having the work done, follow my link if your doing it yourself for part, it cost me around £200 but different brands different cost, if a garage, then labour plus vat on top
