The coop has not been cleaned in 4 months so I am removing the old soil and putting new bedding. The old soil is great fertilizer for the garden.

BBF, really the same barefoot hobby wit me . Agree with your barefoot work in th chicken coop . Nice video my dear. I also feel so satisfied with all black soles. After done, some times I have mud bath ,then continue to cook breakfast & washing etc as it is. Are you did the same ?? Maybe other persons can't feel this barefoot's benefits. Look likes slightly the sole stroger then before. Isit right?

How long did it take you to toughen your feet so you can effortlessly walk over rocks the way you do? I have been going barefoot a lot over the last six months but my feet don’t do well on rocks.
@larrykoz4009 I have been 24/7 barefoot for over 1 year now, and went barefoot often before that, so I have been toughening my feet (without knowing) for a long time. As long as you continue walking barefoot, your feet will toughen with time

Just FYI, I received a warning from CZcams about their community guidelines for posting the last squash video. My family and I still step on bugs, that are inside the house, because we are barefoot.
