I would like to know why this company treating their customers like shit, is always the same bad service, and bad mood from their employers! I hate have needs of their service, I always get bad service from them, I just using their service because there is no others companies offering the same kind of service.

It's a Belgian thing. They are not friendly to customers in general. Here customers are not always right
BAD MOOD? almost every nmbs worker is smiling. Some are actually funny.
