      In a sandwich, casserole, salad, and on top of a bed of steamed white rice. Or mixed with mayo and pickle relish spread on bread or crackers.

    I've gotten disgusted with supermarket-grade tuna like Bumble Bee. Cut the lid, and you can squoosh it down almost 2/3 of the way, so out of the "5oz" can, you *might* get maybe 2oz of actual tuna. I used to be able to use the oil and not have to use as much mayo, but now there's so danmed much oil I *have* to drain it, else I'd be having tuna-soup.
    At least WildPlanet is more solid, cooked in its own juice, no added anything, and even though it's more than double the price of the "brand names", at least I'm getting an actual full can of tuna, so it's worth it to me.

    How to translate tuna labels:
    WHITE = Light
    LIGHT = Dark
    SOLID = Chunks
    CHUNK = Pencil shavings
    NET WEIGHT = Edible product plus the oil or water you throw out

    Can’t stand white or water packed.
    I’ve tried one brand that is not packed in any liquid

    Interesting, I don't think no cannery is going to tell us how they can their product. Much less tell us what is in it. Most Italians use the jar tuna packed in olive oil. I admit it's Good.👍😉. Now days it's good to say grace before you eat anything. Fyi saw live worms in cut up salmon in the grocery store. I chose not to buy it, but several was asking for a discount because of the live worms 🤢. I couldn't believe they didn't bother to at least take the worms out, they had to see them. We did. Fact there are 5 known fish that have live worms living in them. Do your research if you doubt me. ✌️🙂👋. Vee J.

    Tuna is high in mercury. I started making fish salad from my own catfish, basses, walleye, yellow perch, crappie, and others. I like to keep smaller(legal) fish. They do taste better than larger. Blue gills tasted good but they are so small. I like to smoke them as well.
