What is your favorite way to eat canned tuna?
Straight from the can.
In a sandwich, casserole, salad, and on top of a bed of steamed white rice. Or mixed with mayo and pickle relish spread on bread or crackers.
without Mercury
Mixed with Mayo still in the can and a sprinkle of natures seasons seasoning salt
Fun fact: less than 33% of this video is about how canned tuna is really made
Not to mention the eco-alarmist content.
Good to know im exiting
If anyone has any good fish puns, could you let minnow?
I just got a new salt water aquarium. Not for the mullet or the mackerel, just for the halibut.
My Dad was a fisherman, but he quit because his net income wasn't enough.
DJ'S aren't allowed to work at fish markets because they're always dropping the Bass.

Of all the fishies in the sea I'd like to be a bass...
I'd float atop a slippery rock and slide down on my......

Me: I should go to bed, I need to be up early.
Also me: Oh look, a video on how canned tuna is made.
Omg you are so funny. How can I be like you.
I've gotten disgusted with supermarket-grade tuna like Bumble Bee. Cut the lid, and you can squoosh it down almost 2/3 of the way, so out of the "5oz" can, you *might* get maybe 2oz of actual tuna. I used to be able to use the oil and not have to use as much mayo, but now there's so danmed much oil I *have* to drain it, else I'd be having tuna-soup.
At least WildPlanet is more solid, cooked in its own juice, no added anything, and even though it's more than double the price of the "brand names", at least I'm getting an actual full can of tuna, so it's worth it to me.
How to translate tuna labels:
WHITE = Light
LIGHT = Dark
SOLID = Chunks
CHUNK = Pencil shavings
NET WEIGHT = Edible product plus the oil or water you throw out
I absolutely love light tuna in oil.
Can’t stand white or water packed.
I’ve tried one brand that is not packed in any liquid
mmmmmmmmmm i love dolphin flavored tuna.
Why can't I buy Wild Salmon , skinless , boneless . ?
1 minute of title-specific information plus much more of filler for that sweet ad revenue
I like canned tuna. Interesting information. Was fun to watch. Great video
I love tuna
1:20 The motor cycle helmets really do it for me! I bet they made fun of the 1st guy that wore one to work on the boat!
Interesting, I don't think no cannery is going to tell us how they can their product. Much less tell us what is in it. Most Italians use the jar tuna packed in olive oil. I admit it's Good.👍😉. Now days it's good to say grace before you eat anything. Fyi saw live worms in cut up salmon in the grocery store. I chose not to buy it, but several was asking for a discount because of the live worms 🤢. I couldn't believe they didn't bother to at least take the worms out, they had to see them. We did. Fact there are 5 known fish that have live worms living in them. Do your research if you doubt me. ✌️🙂👋. Vee J.
Almost all fish get wormy seasonably. Just have to check.
They don't gut the fish before selling to you?
Almost all of this video is about nutritional content. Title is misleading.
You should specify there are dolphins that are fish such as tuna and are not flipper and dolphins that are cute mamals like flipper.
TUNA FISH WITH MAYO, SWEET PICKLES OR DILL PICKLES, ONION,CELERY,APPLES. SO MANY OTHER FOODS CAN BE ADDED, BUT JUST PLAIN TUNA EWWW.
I will invent a tuna that grows on trees so people dont have to fish for them.
Tuna is high in mercury. I started making fish salad from my own catfish, basses, walleye, yellow perch, crappie, and others. I like to keep smaller(legal) fish. They do taste better than larger. Blue gills tasted good but they are so small. I like to smoke them as well.
Oil would be good, but not those G Mo oils. They are not healthy. And soy is high in estrogen and g mo. Double trouble
I wonder if canned tuna as we know it will still be a thing in 50 years
Crab legs … nuff said
@@practicingpreparedness100 the shortage?

First
They should just add a label " now with extra dolphin" I bet it could sell for more.
Yawn. 😮😮
Canned tuna hasn't tasted nearly as good ever since they took the dolphins out.
3:23 unexpected/unnecessary aviator clip? Fuckit, throw it in 😂
tuna is disgusting
