5:02 That's why you can't put the wheel on a dry shaft. Use graphite grease and the next repairmen will thank you. I think this is a do-it-yourself repair. I don’t see any special equipment for fast work - so this is not a service. Bearings to heat so it is unacceptable. When heated above 500 degrees, a violation of the structure of the steel occurs and it will no longer be hard and strong (the reverse process of hardening). Bearings should be heated in an oil bath. They shortened the life of the new bearing with their own hands.

Я сам не работаю с механизмами, но на 10й секунде просмотра осады шкива подумал про домкрат. Наконец и они догадались, но вместо того чтобы двумя домкратами тупо выдавить шкив продолжили колотить его своим пакистанским Грондом... Что сказать, пацаны явно угорели по таранам, своя атмосфера у них)

Much respect to these gents. I have an inquisitive question: They took out buckets of grease from the inside of this behemoth, and as seen in disassembly cleaned off much grease from those huge bearings. Why was it assembled and finished dry?

if you look at the last part of the video 22.28 you will see the massive grease nipple that would be used to pump grease inside the middle of the shaft i thought same thing and wondered where the grease nipple was. hardly what you could call a nipple its huge lol.

А вообще, народ - супер! Не боятся никакой работы, делают одними руками и примитивными инструментами невозможные работы. Чего удивляться, что у них есть ядерное оружие. И сделали они его, наверняка, в таких же примитивных условиях. Захотят и через месяц сделают в этих гаражах ракету на Марс. А все будут писать в каментах, что песок в сопло попал, да вторую ступень ракеты не так прогрели, но ракета в это время будет садиться на Марсе. 😂
