I think this is one if not the best era of cars
Great color with the blacked out rims
It's called a tko600 because it has a 600ft/lb torque rating. The tko500 has a 500ft/lb rating.
Badass Camaro. Perfection.
Houndstooth and mega burnout - instant like button !!
love that he drives that shit like a real ass man !!
That’s the way it should be. Drive it hard!
the fact that it was owned by Tanner Foust AND Rutledge Wood just makes me smile, because those are two of my favorite people in car community in this country! Tanner is literally a living legend!!
Wood bought a R33 GTR in Midnight Purple just before summer 2020
You need new heroes.
That green is classy! The seats are gorgeous, this build is top notch! Keep it up guys
This dude is so calm.and collected ...its the facial expression fot me...such a cool drivers car
Really like this green color. The kind of Bullit green
That rumble when the cutouts open (freak of nature) 😉
Love it!!
That serious look on this guys face, says he's not playing games. Badass ride👍
100% agree Shawn, this is where it's at !
need more car's like this
Another BEAST of a car damn!
“How do you open the cut outs”? “THERE WE GO”! 😂😂😂
Oh yeah, a blast from the past. Awesome car.
That Camaro is badass 🔥
I instantly loved the movie when I saw it in theaters so seeing one of the picture cars is amazing. 😀👍💚 Was surprised on wheel choice but they do look great.
Super cool story behind this car
they need to make another need for speed
Love this car. Not pretty eye candy. Just a driver's car. Perfect!
Thats one badass 68 Camaro brother.
I just finished building my LS1/T56 swapped 68 and I cannot wait to give it a good thrashing like this!!!
68s are my favorite of the first gens. Sick car.
68 is my favorite year. Absolutely beautiful car. Very enjoyable episode.
Thanks. I love the simple drive approach on this and he drives it all the time!
Definitely one of favorite from your show.
Me too! Cool guy, great story and really fun car!!
Ya sure find a great mix of content. I used to envy guys working for motor trend. Well I think ya smile alot on your job lol
owner is a great dude
Love this car very powerful very fast great exhaust
Good muscle never gets old! 😎
EVL 68. Man what a car...how you bought it ...and took delivery...what an awesome story...love the hounds tooth and green exterior...leave it just the way it is.
I've noticed nobody drives a car as hard as its owner does!
Movie was great :)
This is my Dream car, color and all
Very nice. My first impression was that I didn't like the colour, but I was wrong! It soon grew on me and thank god that he took off that orange wrap. Love the way that it sounds and hooks up. Beautiful square stance as well. 👍
Fantastic Story😃👏...And Atlanta to L.A. that's a Real NEED TO SPEED😈🔥 Great Camaro Evl 68😈🔥❗
Bad to the bone machine!! Awesome color!!
That car sure can throw down! Badass to the bone 👍🏻
Agreed 100%! Driver cars are so much better than show queens. Also, green cars from the movies are pretty rare. I can only think of 3... Bullitt Mustang, this Camaro and the McQ Firebird driven by John Wayne. Dark green cars rock!
So this car’s story is so cool😍. I’m speechless...I love nfs and Tanner is just great guy! But again the car is just a dream....
Love this. I agree, driver's cars are the best modified cars
just FUN !!!!!!!!!!! awsome !!!!!
Tanner Foust, my favorite driver. Oh man, Tanner and Rut, I love their chemistry.
That’s fantastic, it looks brilliant in that colour, and that noise, WOW 🤩 🇬🇧
I drive all mine after a full restoration. After all the time and money spent she will not sit in the garage plus the only time she sees a trailer is when it breaks which does happen. Fix the problem and back out enjoying what the car was built for...Fun!!!
From France with passion and respect ✌🏼⚜️🇨🇵😎
Badass Camaro! Built to be driven hard!
Chevy powered 😁
I call that Camaro “The Incredible Hulk” :)
Great ride ! Simple engine and suspension set up for power. We done for sure
I guess this is my dream Camaro! The color, interior...just perfect.
This is such a cool total driver car
Kaufman is a LEGEND!
Man name dropped to automotive icons like nothing. Tanner and Aaron are as cool as it gets
Jason from Maryland here.
I commented on the Jeep YJ video recently.
YT "American Cherokees USA".
I drove my 1986 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer 2.5 2wd from Troy Idaho to Maryland 2500 miles, and still starts every, single, day. Shes rare, possibly one of one.
Diggn this Camaro! Working on an 85 2door Cherokee V8 2wd "little Jeep coupe".
🍻 everyone!
Love the car and the story behind it. So cool that he flies out, buys the car then drives it home!!
Dear Shawn, many thanks to show us all these awesome cars! It´s great to see guys, living their dream like him.
What could be more in a life of a man to buy a cal with such a history and a great story while buying it. He will allways remember it an told his sons about it.
By the way, the car is really nice. Classic frame, modern components and a brutal sound of that V8.
The story with the car makes it even cooler! Thx 4 the vidz!🍾🍾🍾
I'll take this kinda car all day long compared to shiny blinged out show cars, waaaay more badass, and the owner reflects that.
Perfect combo!
Agreed
I don’t understand how people can dislike this smh and I’m a Ford guy
I totally agree, i would much rather have a good fast driving car than a slower piece of art. When ya got both then you got it right. Great vid, very sharpe car. Saw a sharp 68 mustang convertable on my way into work today that was green with tan top and interior that looked great. That green looks nice on the classics.
Now that was a hell of a story behind that car! Very cool build.
I couldn't have told you it had an ls in it. Sounded just like an old school carbureted 427.
A raw drivers car! Looks great and handles like it should. Awesome story as well!
damn, it sounds amazing. love it
Solid car...I love drivers..True statement it's nice to see show cars but cars are meant to be driven..Not locked up like art work just to be looked at. Great review and story!..🏁👍
No stripes no spoiler no sunroof dark green black wheels clean classic look
Great video Shawn! You are 100% correct IMO. Drivers cars that are where the fun is at. The custom SEMA pro touring builds look nice and are kool for car shows, but at the end of the day, I prefer to drive the heck out of my cars so this car speaks louder to me. Keep up the good work finding these gems!
Love this simple, but solid driver build, and the green color is great too
This car is pretty bad ass!
It really is
This thing is awesome. So understated but a total beast. Love the green. Love the wheels. Well done!
One of the best looking cars ever built and great colour. Keep up the good work with the videos ! A viewer in Blighty 🇬🇧
so dope! Homie Classick Hats!
That green is dope 🏁
Awesome car and awesome story
Nice colour and history. Like the set up with the motor and trans.
Perfect
Dope story. Dope car.
Big fan of quiet cars for some reason
“It’s not obnoxious loud, it’s good loud.” Only true car guys know what that means 😎
Da man looks pissed off for95% of the vid lol
DAMN....I like your car, bro ;-)
The "600" in a TKO transmission is how much torque it will handle i believe
That car is amazing
Best-ial...!!!!
Gota love that chevy camaro true american muscle that sound sounds raw like it should
love it great ride wow
Yeah love this car.
This is freaking perfect! ✨✨✨✨👌
Badass and loud!
that was sick!
man what a tough unit
As usual great content
Awesome 🙌👍🏻
Such a cool ride
Nice!
Cool car, lucky guy!
Freaking badass driveable car. what can anybody say the ls3 is just an amazing brute of an engine that can last a long time and easy to work on.
I really want a first gen!!!
Just like this one. Total driver
