Why is asking for the age of a public officer who has attained the age of more than the stipulated age of retirement, 60, not in the public interest? Is he on contract? If not, is he working under special dispensation? If so, what has necesscitated that? Simple 😅😅😅😅. Npp, never again!! The fact is that if he is over the stipulated retirement age of 60, he can still work with a new contract. But if he is above 60 years and is still at post without a new contract, he is violating the terms of his previous contract which is now null and void. So in effect, his continuous stay in office is an illegality.

It is sad. So the Deputy Minister defended the Commissioner General from answering the question from Hon Sam George, knowing very well that the man is over the age of 60. Meanwhile there are people with far more experience and exuberance to take on the role but here is someone who’s clearly supposed to be on retirement still handling the post
Domelevo and the former Ghana airport boss were relieved of their duties for the same reason. Why is the GRA boss special and this man is supposed to be a Reverend minister that I believe should stand for truth. Sad country with pathetic leaders. The lady jumping in there is a disappointment and has only added to my cold feet of advocating for women for such position. In recent times the women have been more disappointing and disgusting to say the least.
