I love my VE but the V6 just sound crap. If i wasn't already saving for a VF SS I'd just buy a VE SS for half the cost .

@@KustomProductions16 i know the feeling. Bought a ve series 2 sv6 2011 and bought a new cat back exhaust system which cost me 1200$. But shes stainless steel cat back
Sounds eh haha but each to their own, I just put on 3 inch hurricane mufflers on my sv6 don't sound too bad actually.

yo with your ss mafflers you should cut it and take the stuff in side out and make it holo
I've got a 6 litre 08 Calais wagon with a cat back, your car was already louder than mine was before the cutouts hahaha I'm looking to get a set of dumpers put on mine in the near future.
The l98 Calais? I got two different muffler sets for mine. Ebay straight pipes sounds best. Ultrex SS Muffler r too quiet for my liking. Straight pipes are going back on asap.
@@chris929rr7 Yup that's the one. Yeah I might have a look into a set of straights. Only issue is the cops near me are super hard on stuff like that, and it's on Tein coilovers(very low) already. Plus daily driver, so would want that option to make it quiet.
@@Biscuitabuse Shouldn't be to loud bro. I found it only really loud at startup and obviously when you put the boot in too but I hardly thrash my car much. Only just got it hahaha. Waiting on a mail order tune that i got for $650. Should give me 30KW increase. Puts me at 300kw with only a growler intake and HSV intake pipe. After that ill get an OTR for sure.
