With a 19 month old toddler, I can relate with the “waiting” on Sutan to complete each task. Some days it is easy to go at their pace but when we want to get things done, it can be hard to be patient. Moe, you are a great example for moms. Ok but the onion portion of this video is iconic. They way you got her to eat was nothing short of perfection! 😆
Cooking Suggestion: I know Spring is almost over but it would be nice to see the family grilling some shellfishes at the balcony yard since Sutan seems to like shellfishes a lot now. It can also teach foreign viewers about spring time Japanese shellfishes and how to prep them for cooking/grilling.
Sutan likes the fried meatball with Amazuan sauce but she doesn't like the white onion, that's okay Sutan! O she actually starts to like it after Moe told her that used to eat that a lot when she was a baby. Great parenting's approach!

It’s about time you publish cooking books, Moe-san!! Many people in this community seem to be learning Japanese from you guys as well as cooking, so I guess they will be great textbooks for them too if you could make your books bilingual. I would add hiragana on top of every kanji!

Make sure this recipe is in the cookbook - I am going to try this one since meatballs are awesome, and want to try this one with pork, and this glaze - it looks soooooo good. I'll also try the vegan version with a few friends (both types of pork/tofu).

My mum used to do all the cooking herself, which was a lot of work. I've never appreciated her job of making every single meal well enough, and I'm so glad to see you cooking with Sutan! You spend time together, she learns something useful skills and may like cooking in the future!
