Clip after clip of him facing Fox News hosts or rabid Repubs in Congress who keep screaming at him and interrupting him, and he consistently outclasses and shames all of them with poise and smarts.
I'm a lifelong Republican, but I'll be casting my vote for Kamala because this isn’t the Republican Party I once believed in. This is about standing up for what’s right, and my conscience won’t let me do anything less.
4 years ago Biden, Harris, Media, CIA, Democratic politicians, and a few Republicans, knowingly lied about and suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop. They did this knowing there was damaging information about the Biden family on it. They intentionally lied hid this to win an election. It can't be denied but it can be not talked about at all in the media. The fact that Harris' staff hates her guts because she treats them like dirt might tell you something about her character toward people. They don't care. Win at all costs.

I've also thought this, The only problem I foresee is that while the majority of America now accepts his sexuality, and and even greater majority of Europe does too, there are still a large number of 'hot' countries where the secretary of states role is most needed where it's still illegal to be gay.
Excited about Kamala and Tim. Also excited for the possibility that, in the future, we can voter for Pete for President. He is intelligent, fair, and kind. Even though I may not agree with all of his policy decisions, I have complete respect for his humanity.

The speech with the most intellectual depth tonight. He articulated an aspirational idea, a vision, and made it concrete and personal for all of us. Pete is the real deal. And he rode the applause to make sure he doesn’t overshoot his speaking time. Skillful and not self-indulgent.
Yes, but although I'm a big fan of his, I realized he's much stronger in dialogue than in a speech like this. The voice, the gestures, also the lines weren't as strong as I thought.
He still has time to grow though, and more potential than most

I feel connected to Pete coz he has adopted twins and I have two sets of adopted twins.......My kids are grown now but his kids R still toddlers.......I love it how his daughter is now old enough to see him on T.V. and ask what he does for work and he explains it is very simple language for a 3 Y.O. to understand and that is " Daddy makes sure the trains and planes run on time so people are not late for work".....Too cute.

I found his integrity laughable. The whole riding your bike to work as you drive a motorcade of gas guzzling suv's. That pretty much sums up the whole climate thing in a nut shell. They are robbing us and the poor kids have no idea that these are the last people who will fight climate change for them.

He was a consultant for McKinsey & Company for 3 years, was Mayor of Indiana for 8 years, served in the military and is Secretary Of Transport. He's a brilliant speaker and demonstrates his morality and basic decency every time he opens his mouth! As well as being a father of two. What have YOU accomplished??

I just love this man so much. I really wish he would have been selected for VP bit In thinking maybe something bigger is in the cards for him. Fingers crossed.
I am sure he was considered and they decided to go for the straight guy with there being barbarians at the gate and all. But I am with you and he yield power - maybe State or Defense (which makes me sad for him because he will have to direct the killing machine that is US Empire).
He is amazing and would be an awesome VP, but we have so much at stake this year and sadly being a gay white man he still in this day and age might be too much of a gamble in general, so I trust that Kamala made the choice in Walz that he would be the least risky candidate.

With every second you listened, you heard to every word and it meant exactly what you felt this country is all about.
