Surely they warmed up by doing a few laps of the circuit? How can they go the wrong way on a circuit that measures such a short distance? Slight sense of some runners lacking focus?
They only went wrong at the end of the tempo not on the reps .
Not a big deal I’d say. Very dedicated group at Tonbridge with some very focused individuals. Thanks for the feedback Mark 😄
