Wow, David! I'm impressed with that tractor! I was already thinking you'd be very popular in the area with it, helping neighbors with big jobs! It will also be a huge help in cleaning up the trash dump. I absolutely HATE that people dump trash on unspoiled land. The creek is truly beautiful and those are very nice boots. I can't wait to see coming videos with what that tractor can do!
When you was loading the tractor , the back wheels come off the ground on your truck. The ramps if you bounce going down the road , have been known to fly out of there hiding spots , you can lock the flaps so they don't bounce out when traveling and hauling the tractor. If they told you that at the dealership, that your truck lifted off the ground , you might would have got a tilt trailer . Good luck with your new land . Just Saying
Looking forward to seeing how your dump site looks when you start the cleanup. We removed over 7000 pound of trash and garbage from our property, over 60 tires and 55 pounds of aluminum beer cans. Makes a big difference in the landscape and improves wildlife habitat. Good luck.

You need to put a jack stand at the rear when you are loading and unloading the tractor it wi reduce the pressure on your hitch

Oh yes!!!!! My brother in law is in the hay business and in the off season, he repaints all his equipment. It looks new all the time. Plus keeps him busy.

Thank you for showing the water. I loved playing in the creeks in Arkansas as a kid. There has been no other place with the clear blue tinted water that can be deceptively deep.
My relatives used to park a truck on the town side of the creek during heavy rain season, put a line across the creek and boat back and forth. The house side of the creek was where they used their tractor to get back and forth. They would tell stories of how they navigated that situation in order to get groceries home.
You have so many "tools" in your background to use on this property. I can't wat to see you use them!

One thing to watch for on the Mahindra tractors is the nuts/bolts that hold the seat on and the clamps for the lights, they are notorious for loosening up and eventually falling out. May want to put a couple drops of nail polish on the threads to help keep the nuts from backing off, thats what i've done and never had a problem after that.
You got all the right attachments. That backhoe will help you put culverts in the creek coming to you cabin
When loading and uploading that tractor. I highly recommend putting support under the rear of the trailer on both sides . And also chock your wheels so you don't break your transmission on the truck rocki g it back and fourth.

Looks like Mahindra is the toy for the job. Once you have culverts in the road, that creek is going to be smooth streaming. Those boots came in just in time. Not just for hunting. And as far as the trash, people are just inconsiderate and lazy. If someone can dump on your property, they can drive to the proper place and dump. As they say...just leave footprints if you can't make it better. You're making great progress with your priorities. C'mon C'mon C'mon

Just an FYI brother when your transporting your tractor back it onto the trailer, I asked the dealer why they transported my Mahindra that way and the reason is when it's facing forward the air while driving spins the turbo and without the tractor running it can wreck the turbo cause the coolant isn't moving through without it running of course.... Hope that tip helps you out brother, enjoy the new Mahindra brother!!!!
The creek would be a really good place to look for old bottles. Like the over 100 year old ones that are probably buried in the silt all through there.

I let the engine run for 10 minutes at idle each time you start it.
15 minutes in winter
(it consumes very little fuel at idle, and the engine has been run in,
you will consume much less afterwards)
then drive very cool for 10 minutes, especially without forcing the gearbox (otherwise you will break the gearbox-engine connection seals, hot engine/cold gearbox)
and you only cut the engine after letting it run for 30secs to 3 minutes, depending on whether it is not very hot or very hot
do oil change after 5H I think (500km on car)
then still quite a bit afterwards (30 hours? or 3,000 km by car)
and put an oil quality at the top
see Piotr Tester, the link in video description,
same for the gearbox etc.
finally when break-in is finished, at 30H,
you put Xenum VRX500 engine oil ceramic additive, (and box I don't know, to see)

Better scotch the trailer when loading and make sure something is under the back of the trailer to keep the back of the truck from picking up off the ground. This advice comes from a guy who has totaled 2 tailgates.

When loading your tractor , put your truck in Neutral , and lock down the emergency brake so you're pushing against the rear brakes INSTEAD of the transmission !!!
That trash does have some great treasure...just that catalytic converter alone can be worth a few hundred dollars. People cut them off of cars just to sale them at recycle centers.

You can use the bottles if you build yourself as outside pizza oven. You can also use the pizza oven to cook other foods in too.
