I think he's saying Garcia wasn't disciplined enough to cut down to 140. Right out of the gate, he shows up 3 pounds over.

Ryan screwed himself because 3.2 pounds cost him 1.5 million bet and the Belt but he was the bigger star before the fight and even bigger after winning the fight.
@@jeffb5785you still gotta follow the rules. Plus cutting weight is hard and draining and a mental battle before the actual battle. You are basically giving yourself an advantage before you even step on the scale.
