Carbon Based Lifeforms (CBL) are Johannes Hedberg and Daniel Vadestrid , both born in 1976 and based in Göteborg, south¬west Sweden. They met when both 15 and are still, amazingly, working happily together, over 25 years later. CBL itself was formed in 1996, as an offshoot from other projects, but it soon became their focal point, culminating in their first release on ‘mp3.com’ in 1998. The duo signed with the celebrated Lyon¬ based ‘Ultimae’ label in 2002 and went independent in 2014 To date they have released six official, full length albums and is one of the biggest names in their genre.
CBL aim to combine earth and space in their music. Using the combination of nature and technology as the main inspiration for their work, they like to represent both the positive and negative effects that this collaboration can lead to.
CBL are frequently present among the headliners of the biggest Psytrance festivals across Europe and have done many shows in Russia and even USA and Australia. - Hudba

I found a stray cat the other day. It had been hit by a car sometime before I'd gotten there and left in front of a gas station's door, swaddled in blankets by some passing soul. I went home, got a box and towels, and drove it to the local 24/7 pet hospital. I couldn't afford to take care of it but they would have taken the poor thing off my hands as best they could.
Trying to think of the most soothing music possible I decided to play this on repeat as I made the long drive and I kept telling the kitty how brave it was, how it wouldn't be hurting soon, how pretty it was.
When I got there I found out that it had passed away sometime on the drive over there. It had no microchip and it was a youngster. It was a boy. I named him and got a pawprint of him that I will soon frame. It's a small thing; a small cat in a small corner of the world that probably never had a human to love or a positive interaction in its life, but that experience has been haunting me for the last few days and I keep coming back to this song thinking of it.
I named him Victory there at the end. I hope I can see you again one day, brave boy.
He's in a better place now.

What does this mean? I don't understand. 😔
I have listened to this song for around 5 years now. I was travelling New Zealand and pitched tents under the snow-capped mountains besides Lake Pukaki. Middle of the night, milky way being the only light... and you here this. Raw emotion and pure nonchalance. One of the only moments where a song brings me back to an experience. The beauty of music.
Oh man, I can't imagine how incredible that experience was. This song indeed has a playful kind of REAL MAGIC vibe going on. I like to say about stuff like this that it's ordained by the universe itself. That the artists only real part was to serve as a conduit for nature to express herself. This track is her beckoning us back to what truly matters. Unity with one another and nature.
Similar to me, i was a seaman and i was working on a container vessel which was cruising around south and east chinese sea... That was my first time abroad (i'm from Poland). Beautiful views, this track just gives that again 🤍 pure soul experience, God experience
I would love to visit someday this country, since I know for sure there is a mixture of 4 elements of life Fire/Air/Earth/Water .... And a lot of splendid surreal mountains given th⁷e fact I am a professional guide/hiker aswell other things...《G》

This is like unwrapping joy.
This song makes me think of my dad. 6 years old, clueless of the world. Lived with my mum during weekdays, and went over to my dad’s house on weekends. Then all visits stopped altogether. I asked why and my mum explained my dad couldn’t cope with raising a child with autism so he walked away. Years go by, and I forget what he looks like, but I’ll never forget his smile and laugh that would always make you happy
