You had tough time wrapping because, even though the bread was really small, u still had too much filling in it. Also, let the cream cover all that space not just the path the filling will lay on. Looks good btw❤️

I've seen a few videos on this and must say that you did well.
Your problem with wrapping the Shawarma is pretty obvious - your bread is small. It is actually meant for Tacos, not for Shawarma.
So you better find a supermarket that sells Tortilla bread for Shawarma.
