Tripper Navigation Installation for Interceptor 650

- A tutorial on how to install Royal Enfield's Tripper Navigation on Interceptor 650. The video tutorial is based on instructional video from 786 Rider (Akhtar) from 7r_Customs - +91 78649 96786. 786 Rider provided me with the custom made Clamp and Wiring and the Navigation device was purchased from Throttle and Thump (+91 77570 23595).

Tripper Navigation is 5200/-, with 100/- shipping from Throttle and Thump, you can find them on instagram. I have shared their number and ID in the description box. On Road Power Customs, they are selling it at 10,999 that too on backorder. If you want, contact Throttle and Thump Immediately and they will ship it in 3 to 4 days.

Well there's a work around, (it's my opinion) since this is plug and play and no cutting involved, you can just disconnect the device when u go for service.

Tripper navigation is not available on RE Store. You can buy it from Throttle and Thump (genuine RE Accessories) store and get the wiring ordered from 786 Rider (you can find both on instagram and order it online). It's a plug and play system. Tripper navigation from Throttle and Thump and clamp and wiring from 786 Rider.

I guess one cannot use this if they have Ajjas installed in their bikes since Ajjas has those exact two male female connectors.

No it's not compatible
I see your tripper gets on with Ignition key, I have got same and mine gets turned on with kill switch. Did you do any other wiring?
The kill switch was already on. Even mine works the same way like urs
I’ve installed the tripper but I feel the navigation is not yet optimised. Directions are not always right.
True, I chose the nav device for aesthetic purpose and a costly watch.

Will this modification void the warranty?
It will affect the warranty. But since it is plug and play, you can just remove it before claiming the warranty.
Any change needed to put the fly screen with the tripper module?
Were you able to control the screen brightness ?
I have not done any changes to the fly screen, there is contact to the fly screen but no pressure. You can use a double tap or a washer to increase the spacing between the console and the screen.

No one has tried that yet, but I think we can do if the mounting bracket is similar.

It is not compatible with Classic 500

If We install the this Device can we install Royal enfield Wind screen? Will it impact the Warranty? In Bangalore from which service centre you purchased the Device?
Yes, you can install RE Windscreen (both the short and long version). I am not sure about the puig brand though. Since this is a plug and play it should not affect warranty. But still if you are in doubt, u can remove it before getting it serviced.

Yes, it works with good connectivity. You need to spend some time learning the arrows and their meaning on the Manual.

Basically bought it for Aesthetics and Time. But I have not experienced a bad navigation until now. Recently, I was riding in the rain and was using the nav connected to my phone, had no issues.
