    I have been fascinated with computer programs that take an object and deconstruct it into a thousand bits, but a computer could never do this in reverse without the magic of the artist who created the beauty. Thank you so much for making these wonderful demonstrations available for all of the world to enjoy.

    The canvas is properly opened, that is, first the color relationships between the shadows (you can add white without adding), then halftone, then go to the light parts of the portrait, then the background and immediately you see the You can see a large ratio of colors-light, halftone, shadow of own and falling

    Awesome zin...i wish i can paint and sketch like you someday..your style is just amazing...its amazing to see how you can perceive a face behind those seemingly random strokes...its like you take a route to your destination which doesnt exist on map...on the other side rest of us will go via a defined way...which is to draw a full facial structure and then start shading into it...its a drawing for sure..but not as artistic as yours...please give tips how i can pick up your style...

      In order for answering the same questions a couple videos and descriptions are not enough. So, I am teaching expressive drawing/painting workshops and making the online courses...hoping for meeting artists in one of those class.

  • @HimeshAnand
    @HimeshAnand Před 6 lety +1

    How do you choose the right colours? like the correct saturation and value ? and how do u know hu much darker the shadow should be according to the colour which is in light?

    • @zinlimart
      @zinlimart  Před 6 lety +3

      Instead of wanting accurate single color, I consider the relationship between colors. It's a composition matter and I will be introducing the significant deal of art by any chance soon.

  • @dominiccanis406
    @dominiccanis406 Před 6 lety +1

    I've been told to desaturate on the shadow side of matte surfaces, but surfaces like skin that have subsurface scattering break that rule. Does the shadow side have more saturation than the lit side? Is the halftone transition area of skin the most saturated of all the areas? Is the fully lit side the least saturated in skin?

    • @zinlimart
      @zinlimart  Před 6 lety +3

      A part of figure can have any saturation of color. Harmony is the matter.
