I am a Hammer,but love Town as well as i was born in Romford but live near Sudbury....Johnson is a great signing for Town,he will be a great asset..........coupled with Hutchinson a great scoop!
Spoke to a Hammers fan yesterday who actually knows this lad personally. Athletic, hungry and defensively strong. Only negatives were his forward play and crossing, but knowing the set up we have now at Ipswich I'm sure the coaches will be able to focus and improve this part of his game. Character wise he is apparently always smiling, intelligent and will settle into the dressing room very easily. Can play RB/LB/CH or in a defensive midfield role. I see him starting on the right with Harry as backup being able to come on as a more attacking option on the right with Wes/Omari. All the best Ben at welcome to ITFC.

It must be really difficult for him ti leave after being at WHU since 7. I think his adaptability in positions he can play will be vital to us.
