Im curious why you guys think 81 Coleman Dr. was priced so under value? It seems really small, and only has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The other houses in the area that sold higher were larger with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Is that neighbourhood known to have higher prices? Thanks
There are 3 listed right now. Almost the same size 2 bedroom upstairs as well. 849000 is the lowest 939000 the highest. It's over 2000 sq ft of finished living space and an all brick bungalow. It sold immediately so that says something in this market.

Home inspectors aren't fantastic, typically they charge 125$ an hour and stick to a script.
Do yourself a favor, get an electrician to inspect the electrical, a carpenter the house, and HVAC for furnace.
Don't get burned.
Inspectors take a joke course and boom, they're an "expert".

Well most aren't a million dollars. Barrie is close enough to commute to The GTA and a small dive there is over a million
