[Material]
・8 lemons
・Granulated sugar 160 g
・Honey 240 g
・proper amount of mint
[How to make]
1. Cut off both ends of the lemon.
2. Slice the yellow lemon peel thinly.
(Please do not throw away this skin because it will be used.)
3. Remove the white skin without shaving.
4. Remove the seeds from the lemon fruit.
5. Finely chop the yellow skin in a food processor.
6. Next, put the fruit in a food processor.
7. Move 5 and 6 onto the bat.
8. Mix the granulated sugar and honey in a tray.
9. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight.
10. Add the ingredients that have been left in the pan overnight and simmer.
11. Bring to a boil, then transfer to a container to cool.
12. Place some ice cubes in a glass, add about 3 tablespoons of lemonade, pour in some water, garnish with lemon slices and mint to taste, and it's done.

皮を剝いでいたので安心してみていましたが、その剥いだ皮を煮詰めてそのまんま使うとは…当然ですが国産のレモン使ってますよね、外国産は皮に防腐剤塗ってあるのでそのまま使うとかなり危険ですよ
