In truth, the Poles did not want this battle... at least 35% did not, but you know how it is, the knights got together, got drunk, and most of them suffered harm from the Teutonic Knights, plus Lithuanians and Tatars, who generally did not like the Teutonic Knights... Well and Ulrich von Jungingen somehow felt offended that he had brought the best knights of the order from Germany and elsewhere. And these pagans don't want to go out to fight because most of them are fucked up. He came up with a stratagem of provoking a battle with emissaries. He was supposed to ridicule Mieszko... I'm sorry Jagieła... I'm fucked up myself. He provoked with two naked swords. This had a double meaning. One word: "If you lack the enthusiasm for fighting and swords, the master of the order sends you these two naked swords." Jagieło replied, "We have enough swords and wills, but we will accept them too." The message returned offended. An interesting aspect of these two swords is the message. The Teutonic Order wanted to show that they stand in the name of God's truth (Christ gave his apostles two naked swords so that they could defend themselves, but not attack). The Teutonic Knights wanted to prove their truth this way. Nobody cared on the Polish side, because they knew the Teutonic Knights as plunderers, villains and murderers. You know the rest from history.

They spoke this way on purpose. We know normal Germans don't sound or look like that, but they were portraing how Poles imagine stereotypical Germans act like(y'know speaking loudly and angrily, with a military walking, and weird faces). It was funny, just like Poles not understanding German and laying drunk in the woods before battle. Also these guys probably don't speak German like at all. They've learnt a few lines for the video purposes and spoke so loudly and angrily to make it more funny.
You should see more videos of G. F. Darwin. Like Hitler vs Final Judgement or Noe vs God or Judas vs Satan. There are also Piramyds, Stonehange and Easter Islands(I think that's how you translate it? Wyspy Wielkanocne).

Man, ehh, how to explain it :P Basicly in Poland when we are lerning German language, the way how we speak it in result is just like in this clip, with some exceptions ;) The other thing is that in common memory of Poles ( so memories and trauma from WW ll ), Germans were allways shouting. So every time when we make some German parodies, Germans allways shout like during WW ll when they were shouting " Weiter, weiter, schneller, schneller! " Anyway, I find your channel very interresting, your comments, and emotions that you shown about some WW ll topics. The Teutonic Knights were heavily connected to Swabia, and actually we have some Polish words referring to it, like "Szwab" - a bad word for a German man, or bawarka - tea with milk (yes, I know it's drunk in England not in Germany, but for some reason it's called bawarka in Polish. Maybe because quite many of the Teutonic Knights travelled from England).

I think one video with your standard content with information about likes, subs in first part video and information about patronaite in second part of video and next video (stantard content) with information about other possibilites to support you will be ok. You need just changes informations video by video in future. Polish people need to feel free. We dont like If somebody try to convince us to something (for example in store). Thanks for replying here, I dont know if you see my answer to the comment to the now only for channel members set video (tell me, would be interesting to know how CZcams handles this 😂). For me this video was just an information video. I never said you have to do that, it was just a guideline for people that are interested. And of course I want to benefit people that want to support me, with additional content, but thats just a way of showing my appreciation for their support. It seems like you know the polish mindset very well and you said in your other comment, that I should do it like the Subscribe thing, so should I pause the video twice, or in the beginning before the reaction (I am curious to see your opinion on that). Of course I could also do it on the end but once the reaction is finnished only very few people are still watching so this wouldnt help it at all (I have of course preproduced ,because Patreon gets videos one week early) some videos, so I can't apply your recommendations immediately but I will consider it for the next videos I produce. :)
The thing is I (think to) know my audience pretty well content wise, e.g. war and hitler is always a banger, but tbh I dont have any clue how they behave otherwise, like would they like such a news video, do they look into the description and so on... The only thing Iknow is that many people always end watching once the subscribe call is, but nothing else.

Sometimes you feel that someone think about you (in this case not about me directly, but about my comment, but it was my comment, so indirectly about me - you know what I mean 😅) anyway yes i know polish mentality very well and I know that we are one of the most suspicious nation in the whole world. But you know our history...I think that you dont have bad will but you on you own saw comments, unsubscribes declarations etc. Honestly, I also thought about idea of pausing video twice beacuse it is information time... and I understand your anxiety about that. Maybe you should doing this after greeting and telling us about topic but before start the actuall content. And not to do pause about Amazon/Patronaite but fit it in actuall video more naturally and to change informations in others videos. For example, first video with information about Patronaite, second about Amazon, third video - question about platforms where we doing shopping. And.... repeat from start againg and angain...😅

I don't like such kind of jokes. As you have noticed Germans don't speak like that, however most Poles when think about Germany think about Germans from WW2 therefore they must shout as a stereotypical German in a stereotypical Polish mind means nothing else but act of violence with shouts with Wehrmacht's uniform.
Poles can also complain wee bit about so called "germanisation" which took place in the second half of XIX century, however the western border of Commonwealth was one of the most stable boundary in Europe.
Poles love (with some exceptions) to recall the only victory over Germany (her little part - Teutonic Order). Those lads are stylised as stereotypical imagination of a Teutonic Knights.
That yodel confirms how far away from facts are those stereotypes.

But also tbh if I would watch a German sketch about poles (I don’t know if there is one) most people here wouldn’t love it at all, it’s for must people not so cool afterall if your community is the one that is joked about.
