#Justice #Interview #AppleMusic - Hudba
I didn’t understand why Justice would use the cross as their logo. But then I saw them live and that was a holy experience and understood lol 😂
God only knows.
The new record is fantastic. When their debut record dropped in 2007 it changed everything for me. I never really like electronic music until I heard Cross.
Same there was a few artists but Cross gave me life iykwim
This new album feels outdated and almost forced by a label! Horrible album.
@@ezydoesit993it’s not even out yet. Are the rest of the tracks leaked?
@@ezydoesit993 Thanks for your troll comment dude. If the album is SO horrible why did you come on here and listen to this interview?
Gay.
it might seem a bit stupid, but i really appreciate that zane correctly pronounces xavier and gaspard's names! it's crazy how most interviewers don't even bother.
Zane always talks more than his guests
lol they're french they don't talk at all
All they say is insightful, most Zane is saying sounds like distracting bla bla to my European ears. He is interrupting them all the time.
Cultural differences I guess.
@@aquinoguh they’re doing their best :)
@@d00dieb0x Zane seems like he’s asking questions, but he’s answering his versions within the questions.
This guy talk too munch indeed
I was just discussing this today... The French have basically built a universe based on the unique yrs of American music from 75 - 85. This is so special because hip hop, funk, electronic, rock, were all intermingling as technology (drum machine) changed production.
I love Xavier's explanation/answer to the French sound question. It's so obvious in their music that they hold a deep love and admiration to the Anglo-American music they grew up listening to. Then they put their own unique French touch to it. I hope they know they helped influence Anglo-American artists in return.
Very good comment

Exactly! It was amazing to hear. Inspiring
Their Electric Feel remix is still the best remix I've ever heard!
Amazing remix, just like their remix of Klaxons - As Above So Below

Just Classic.
@@autumnisbetterthanspring check out Phantom II mix by Soulwax and Gaspard's solo tracks from a few months ago (they're on Justice's YT)

Justices work is so clean. Their stuff along with Tame Impala are pushing into new territories with their production in the most futuristic of ways
I went to see their show last night in Monterrey, México and WOW. It was truly one of the best concert-going experiences of my life. Great work, and I'm very excited for the album!!!!
I'm French and fluent in English and I LOVE their accent
Their the Frenchiest of the French in music biz I guess and it's awesome....
Ta gueule
Oui art Justice hors oui art note
ZANE SURE CAN TALK
Yes, perfect radio host, but terrible interviewing those great and humble artists.
His ego and routine is super annoying.
@@d00dieb0x i wouldn't say ego. i would say being excited to talk with someone you admire? I mean, he looks like a kid talking to them, because he's legitimately interested about talking to them
@@parkinholotado that could also be, indeed.
It could also be that he fears the episode isn't going to sound catchy enough for people to keep listening or something.
The *bolded, italicized, underlined, 48 pt sized" BEST electronic band of all time. Coachella set was an instant classic and can't wait for more of the songs from HYPERDRAMA!
I love Justice dearly. They've made instant classics. But my man, Daft Punk exists.
@@Caseman984ya but not currently active
@@pspat101best active electronic duo… man I wish daft punk and Justice made an album.
With all due respect, they are not even close to being the best electronic band of all time especially when Boards of Canada, Autechre, or any other Warp Records icons exist. The same goes for Daft Punk. Both Justice and Daft Punk are standing on the shoulders of giants including Ryuichi Sakamoto, Larry Heard, and many others, hence they are not the greatests.
@@Bati_ disagree with you there
Xavier's jacket is amazing
I’m a huge tame impala fan and it brought me here! One night/all night is an electric banger, but Neverender really grew on me and speaks to my soul. It sounds so much like tame impala, everything he does has such an air of timelessness and nostalgia and his voice is a true instrument. I can’t wait for new tame music!
I've never heard their voices in an interview before, also I'm so glad that the singles were awesome, but the full album delivered!
It's a good time to be an eltronic/rock fan of justice's!
This album is an incredible ride from start to finish. Instant classic.
We need SebastiAn and Jackson and his Computerband too!
Please try to bring them on your show.
SebastiAn is a genius

Oh cool, I found your channel just yesterday and now see you commenting here! Really like your content man :)
First found Justice from the game DJ hero in 2009, since then I’ve seen them live many times all over the world. They are not simply making dance music, they are reinventing it.
Also this interviewer is annoying, and doesn’t realize he’s speaking too fast when asking them questions.
What the hell are you talking about?! Zane is an incredible interviewer.
dope Sabian Jacket. Of Course a French dude is rockin it
i’m so excited for hyperdrama and to see it live in July, it’s gonna change my life i can tell

Can’t wait to hear the album! Justice 💚
Wow, so many valid points about the process of music making in this talk! The nativity of beginnings is gold but get's lost along the way and the more you know, the harder it actually get's. You become very critical about your own work. But I really think making a great album talks time. You can't rush it. It has to come naturally.

I discovered Justice almost 10 years ago, and since then Im a super fan. The first time I saw them was in 2008 at the MSG theater, the worst venue for dancing! I paid like $70. Now I'm looking for tickets for the next concert on July at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and the cheapest tickets are $400!! Im sure they know that NYC is gentrified, but the old school fans who pay expensive rent and work hard, are very disappointed with these ridiculously expensive tickets!
The French own electronic music my favorite artists m83, Justice, Daft Punk, Geseffalstein all make pop hits and still have respect in the underground.
One fun and interesting about (ai) is it's "happy accidents." Occasionally you'll get a result nothing like your prompt- but also nothing like anything you've ever heard/seen or could imagine.
our favorite French duooo
Merci Xavier Gaspard and Zane!!! Jus✞ice is eternal!!!!!
God, they're so cool
teamo justice por favor vengan a argentina
I'm excited for their collab with The Weeknd!
As the massive The Prodigy fan with Voodoo People being my fav song ever I'd love to hear that Justice's take on it, is it avalible anywhere?
what's the brand of the audio console?
I just wish the presenter would shut up about himself and things he believes and made a better interview/show w the amazing artists in front of him

Holy shit, they're more French than I imagined.
I can't wait to be friends with Zane. Great conversationalist!
Zane Lowe does a masterclass of an interview here and that's just as impressive as the new album. Learned so much about Xavier and Gaspard.
Zane is such a great interviewer because of how open he makes the conversation and how much he genuinely cares about the artists and their art. everyone is always so open with him. gaspard barely speaks in most interviews but here he says a lot more then usual.
Zayne lowe does fucking nothing just bullshits people.
I disagree. Zane frequently interrupts-not just here but in every interview-and seems he’s more interested in his own thoughts and ideas than his guests. Frustrating for the listener. He comes across a bit arrogant to me, while Gaspard and Xavier are humble AF.
@@astropioneer3296 I totally agree! I feel like he's sucking up to the artist the whole time, and putting words in their mouth. Super frustrating - let them speak!
@@astropioneer3296 then why do so many artists choose to talk to him? even people who are elusive like gesaffelstein have done interviews with zane. if he interrupts so much and only cares about his thoughts then why would all these well respected people keep coming to him?

Destiny debated Zane Lowes
I can smell them from here...
Zane Lowe is the James Lipton of music.
James Lipton knew when to ask questions and be quiet. Zane talks way too much.
@@DontbeaGoof but he's just the same when it comes to brown nosing and worshipping at the feet of his guest.
I don't fell bad anymore sampling from youtube
Did you pick up what track they sampled from?
This was a fantastic interview and Zane once again doing an amazing job! Just wish the interview was longer 😊
that fucking assassins creed trailer man.....
You can call it "contrast." I call it Justaposition
This is the one episode where I'll give Zane Lowe a free pass for playing with his juvenile bomb sound effect - only because Justice likes their music to be grandiose, aggressive, and loud.
Boom.
Et c'est Français 😉🇫🇷
i donwannawanna feeeeeee like i did dad de
I think the AI topic was too broad to be approached so out of nowhere like Zane did. Like, it's cool they treated as a tool, because it's what it is, but I don't think it was very clear where this topic was going and the purpose of it. And of course, the gravity of it for art.
im gonna tell my kids this daft punk
This set looks so uncomfortable. No life, office setting, blindingly bright & no class. Apple cmon bruh.
I’m thinking every single episode the same!
We NEED Justice on Rogan so they can actually speak without being interrupted
Destiny is a girls name
lol Zane did the worst warmup erver aparently
this host is annoying
"first studio album in 5 years" lol what
technically true as Woman Worldwide is treated as such, rather than as a live album like their album in-between remix releases
zane lowe needs to retire ngl, this was horrible by him
great interview - nevertheless the interviewer is cringeworthy in his put-upon manner
I have no idea who Zane Lowe is but what a turd. Shame because it could have been an interesting interview.
The way the host is always interrumting them is kinda annoying.
From the thumbnail I thought this was Brett and Germaine from Flight of the Concords...... sorely disappointed
