So, as you mentioned, you are working as business development, it simply a part of sales and marketing. If you currently got a deep idea about sales then some good opportunities are there for you like Area sale Manager, Brand Manager, Digital Marketing and more. So, this experience will count but it should be at least for 1 year experience.

Hi there GNEM here 8/7/7 workex 5months in aviation had to quit do to health issues can’t work to gain more experience due to the same reason I’ve started prepping for CAT 2024 just wanted to ask what’s a realistic percentile for good tier 1 b-schools people have told me that BLACKI is almost impossible until i score 99.9x+
With work experience of more than 1 year you can get tier 1 at 98 also

I'm not getting much information regarding the placements in finance from my college as I researched on their website their placement reports do show finance roles but after talking to one of my to be seniors he said finance placements are very minimal and not at par with the % of marketing jobs offered. What do I do sir , I studied economics in my graduation and in no way I'm ready/prepared for a sales job. Can you suggest any insider information regarding finance placements in MDI MURSHIDABAD? Apart from McKinsey, BCG, and Bain the other companies related to finance ‘Do they also have as much work pressure as these same with these big 3?’.

my brother shifted from finance(wealth management) to marketing(digital), he seems much happier, so for guys who think you can't shift, well you can
PS: he had to take 100% pay cut for shifting, but ultimately he is doing a 16 lpa job rn, which is less compared to experience he has, but still good
