Ingredients 🥣
First recipe 📍00:00
1 whole grain pita bread
1 medium sized tomato
mozzarella cheese 120 grams
chicken roll 130 grams
1 egg
oil for frying (optional)
Second recipe 📍03:13
vegetable oil 15 grams
3 pollock fish fillets (or other white fish)
salt, pepper, Provençal herbs
a mixture of frozen or fresh vegetables (I use a mixture of carrots, cauliflower, asparagus and peas)
favorite cheese that melts well
🫗For filling:
200 grams of cream 10% fat
2 eggs
