Ingredients
For chicken marination
1kg chicken
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 lemon's juice
For Sriracha-mayo
250ml mayo (1 cup)
3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
For pita dough
250ml + 130ml warm water
1 tsp sugar
7g yeast
4 cups flour (500g approximately)
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
For salad
Chopped red onion and cucumber

صلصة:
250 مل مايونيز
3 ملعقة كبيرة صاصة سريرتشا
2 ملعقة كبيرة كاتشب
عجينة الخبز:
1 كوب ماء دافي
1 ملعقة صغيرة سكر
7 جرام خميرة
4 كوب طحين (500g)
2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
130 مل ماء
3 ملعقة كبيرة
السمن أو زيت خيار وبصل أحمر مقطع

Pollo marinado;
1 kg Pollo
1 crda Pasta de Ajo y Jengibre
Sal al gusto
1 crda Pimiento negro malido
1 Limón Salsa de Sriracha-mayonesa;
1 taza Mayonesa (250ml)
3 crdas. Sriracha
4 crdas Salsa de tomate
Para pan de pita;
250ml + 130ml Agua caliente
1 crdta Azucár
7g Levadura
4 tazas Harina (500g)
2 crdtas Sal
3 crdas Aceite/ ghee
Para salado;
Pepino y Cebolla roja cortados
