i show you how i go about making my battledamage and weathering in a few simple steps.
this is part 1 of a series where i complete this helmet and eventually teach you the faceplate mechanisms via servos and arduino!

Nice vid! I'm definitely gonna try this liquid masking system, seems way more simple and less messy than my previous idea (sanding through the dry paint).

I would love it if you could make the face plate open properly
in your future vid that will show the mechanism,
I have seen so many just make it open high up,
nothing like it shows in the movies.
Tómas Þormarsson it will be opened similar to my starbooster helmet. Up and over keeping the arc of the faceplate paralel to the arc of the top of the helmet ( if that makes sense...)
After 8 month but still not coming next video of this helmet make series or hinge system motorised helmet! 😕
This helmet was repurposed to give away to a child at a children's event, so the series never continued.
