Jensen Ackles Sings A Simple Man, Supernatural Chicon 2015

Posting on behalf of our sister site The Winchester Family Business. Here's Supernatural star Jensen Ackles with his surprise appearance at Louden Swain's Saturday Night Special, Salute to Supernatural Chicago 2015. It brought the house down!
This is Nightsky from The WFB. I wanted to keep as many of the Supernatural performers in the shot as possible. That is Mark Sheppard on drums and Richard Speight Jr on guitar, who both just rocked their performances! Of course Rob Benedict and Louden Swain in the band, and Adam Malin (one of the Creation Entertainment organizers) on keyboard.
Jensen ROCKED his performance. He took it to a whole new level. When he jumped off the stage I kept trying to find him for the vid, but he was running so fast in a pitch black auditorium, I just couldn't catch up with him. That wonderful shot of the ceiling was when he ran right past me and my brain stopped operating the camera for a moment!
Sorry the vid keeps going out of focus. I bought this camera for ChiCon and despite practicing with it this summer, this was the first concert I have recorded with it. On max zoom, it kept trying to refocus itself on the closest subject (Rob) and I had to keep correcting it.
