I can imagine going in with a friend and collect items and wands, and exchange them. Would be cool if the perks would be shared between people, so for example one guy has an explosive wand and another guy has a glowing Lance, and they pick homing, it's a gf for everyone! Or maybe each player decides on their own perk, so let's say there is teleportitis, more blood, and vampirism, one takes vampirism, the other takes more blood, or they both take vampirism!

Just happened to find this video while I was trying to find out what the heck this "Kakkakikkare" stone is, since it's not even on the wiki right now.
The seed is 585447161. The Great Chest is close to the top of the Coal Pits on the right side, in the bottom of a pool of water.

woah I haven't checked in on this game in like 6 months. There is so much more insanity now, the devs are really putting a ton of effort into continuing to add more amazing stuff.

I heard there's a mod allowing you to share wands with other players having it, but you die when they die as well.
I was gifted noita a few days ago and have played it every day, I have yet to beat it though, very glad that you happen to make videos on it still. I ran into a stone of emptiness before I agree that its really good as a defense.
Heh, I've got over 500 deaths in this game. Still haven't even reached the final boss.

When I found the Chaos Die i was so confused but also amazed by it. I am glad you finally did a video over that.
I still really want to know how to kill that Wand Connoisseur boss/Chasm Boss. Had my last really great run killed because I thought I had a great loadout that instantly killed everything else, but was barely able to do 10% of his health.
That should be in the next Noita video. I've been trying to get through everything, but there's a lot of content to cover and I don't want to rush things out.
Ugh, same. I had a digging wand that always casts the light spell with the giant wand (the testing statues in the holy mountain said it could do 2k damage when it gets going, but idk how accurate the numbers are on it) and i didn't do any damage to it because it made my wands fizzle and killed me without even hitting me.😭

I heard you need good burst damage to kill it. cause it instantly activates a shield on damage.
i managed to beat it by using a black hole to blast a tunnel through the dense rock to the right of the orb room that i kited it back and forth through while hammering it with a wand with a personal shield and chain lightning bolt on it, while having explosion immunity and the permanent shield and projectile repulsion perks. the boss will eat matter to chase you through small openings, but it only ever destroys enough to just fit itself through, it doesnt give itself enough clearance to make effective use of its attacks or wands, and if it copies the lightning bolt, it seems to only copy lightning bolt itself, which is a much shorter range than chained lightning bolt, and the bulk of lightning bolts damage is as an explosion. i just backpedled through the tunnel, spamming my wand, and when we got to the other side i would kite around it and run back through again. i dont think it ever even hurt me, but that may have been luck. largest issue with this character now is that since im completely immune to any projectile below a high speed threshhold, i have no way of getting healing through healing enemies or healing bolts, im out of holy mountains on the main world, i have only ever found 3 3-charge black hole spells (which i have used all but 1 charge and am out of the normal spell refreshers)and 2 extenders, and am having alot of difficulty finding health upgrades, so i have no clue how i can get to the parallel worlds

Holy shit after watching this video the next noita run I did I came across a great treasure chest containing a water stone. talk about luck lmao
Seed is 696106080 on the public Dec 1 2020 Noita build of the game. The Great Treasure chest can be found left of the entrance of the mines directly below the big rock "lip" that separates the collapsed mines from the regular mines. I found it in one of those wooden box structures that's surrounded by coal. All I got when I opened it was the water stone and nothing else.

The vasta and vihta spawn in the sauna because the traditional sauna bathing method in Finland is to sauna until you're completely covered in sweat, jump outside and bury yourself in the snow, and violently whip yourself with bundles of pine/evergreen branches to scrub all the filth off your back, and then finish the rest using the branches and needles as a more traditional scrub.

:P I looked it up and could not find any proper pronunciation for it anywhere, so I pronounced it in more of a Japanese way, I suppose.
The chaos die spawned a chest for me once. I believe it was also the happy face.

Damn I had a seed with two great treasure chests at the start just as you go in but I didnt note the seed not reaslising how rare they were.

Hey Fury, thanks for the great video, the other day I found the seed 1422276134 by chance, which has 2 great chests in the mines. Unfortunately they only contain 2 fungal spores flasks, a concrete flask and a urine flask, but still interesting and exceedingly rare.
seed 100 is pretty fun
you can get a pretty good phase laser wand and dig lots of places

Please the next time you start a run you know will go a while, if you can seed a poop machine to sit on the sky altar from the get go and then start, see just how much you can shit on the gods before you're through.

I once played on the seed: 1710022969 which has a “Great Treasure Chest”(the first one I ever found in this game by the way) in the mines which has Lively Concoction and Draught of Midas. For those willing to mod the game to choose seeds instead of randomizing, I recommend this seed. I even greedily used the Draught of Midas to try to get to the Gold Room. I failed, but still profited a lot. I then collected what was left of the midas and also had some mixed in with my Lively Concoction(the bomb I used to reach it broke the flasks). I got powerful spell combinations, the Unlimited Spells Perk, and was able to flood the levels with burning oil and use a shielded triplicate bolt wand to fight through my enemies, healing when I took damage. I had reached the Temple of the Art for the first time. And then a Polymorpher came along and ended my run as I was descending further, because Noita!😝 But it was still a great run.
I found a Great Treasure Chest yesterday but I had no clue they were that rare. I almost exclusively play nightmare and I did a regular run yesterday in beta branch to check out the new content. It just had a heart in it if I recall correctly, so I assumed it's nothing spectacular and I've never seen one before because it's from the beta branch.
is there a way to find past world seeds? I found a great treasure chest cointaining 2 lively concotion flasks and another flask that I don't remember, but that was a couple games ago

Either great chests are more common than thought or some of these can be found elsewhere cause ive got the water stone and kakkakari(poop stone) after just playing a few rounds and i dont think it was from a special chest. If i knew of the rarity at the time i would have saved the seed
You are unbelievably lucky then. I've done thousands of runs over 1200 hours of playing this and have never seen a great chest in any of my own runs, only from seeds reported and given to me through comments and such.

So thaaaaaat's what the runestones do. I always assumed I had to take them to the anvil, but I never got a chance to take them to one.
Seed: 1785205625 has a Runestone of Fire in a chest direct left at the start of the Mines.
Found another, Seed: 1182576580 has a Runestone of Weight Direct right after entering the Mines

A waterstone seed i luckily got: 1869861736. There is a great treasure chest with 2 hp upgrades and the mentioned vuoksikivi on the lower layer of the mines a bit to the east.

If the alchemist boss you're referring to is the one in the ancient lab to the west of the mines, then I've actually found the chaos die without defeating that boss.
That’s because it used to not require the boss to be defeated, or the spawn was bugged, so everyone already “unlocked” it and doesn’t have to worry about that anymore. NEW people to the game will have to defeat the Alchemist. I preferred to give the most current information in the video, though, for any future people playing the game.

I had a super long run once, first time I got to a parallel world I had the key but as I was going up to the coral chest something attacked me and I accidentally threw the key, never saw it again
I found a Kammi once it was pretty cool
so somehow I have been finding the chaos dice without beating the alchemist boss.
it used to be like that, so if you generated a world before the most recent update you'll still get it before the boss

I must be a lottery winner because I find the poop stone so often, but I was too dumb to realize how useful it could be. I've found 3 on those pedestals you'd find flasks or items in, and I always sorta ditched it once I found something marginally cooler. What a fool I was
Hello! i started a run just now and i found a great treasure chest on this seed "774442425" along with... a water stone! i was really impressed and i remember hearing in a video someone wanted to know a seed where one spawns naturally, im typing this as i look at the screenshot i took, if you wanna see it let me know! i dont know how youtube works in those terms, i can give my steam profile if needed!
How do you and the community go by researching this sort of stuff? I feel like unless people are taking a look through the code, some of this stuff would be impossible to find. Well, however it's done, it is just nice knowing that all these things exist and the devs put a lot of time into them
Some people data mine or otherwise look through the files, but a LOT of people experiment in different ways. This game has definitely attracted a lot of very experimental people who are willing to spend hours doing crazy things to figure out how/where/why/when/what things work, and then everything is shared with one-another on the subreddit or public Discord. The speedrunning community also rips the game apart and shares information back and forth with one another. I'm in a few private Discords for such things.

Is there any chance for the Kakkakikkare to spawn outside of a great chest? I remember finding it in a normal chest or something like that, but i never used it or gave it any thought.
This video is very old so lots of stuff has changed. U can get one gaurented by going to the essence eater blue orb in the dessert with essence of earth I think

1067993243 is a seed where I found a great treasure chest . It's in the middle of the mines. It only dropped a heart though....
Watching different videos of you, now I know why Squidward "seaking" to destroy the nullifier runestone. He just chasing you to your position, and because you standing near the stone to protect yourself, he'll destroy the stone by accident, trying to get to your position.
But I'm sure you noticed that already after your 'how to beat Squidward early on' video.
I knew it back then, too, but I was leaning in to a sort of narrative, i.e. I was pretending ;P
Chaos Die can be still found in chests without defeating the alchemist boss - found it a couple times even though I haven't went there past 1.0 yet.
It requires the Alchemist to be defeated *now* but if you already found it, then you won't need to trigger this unlock flag, since you already have it unlocked. I just wanted to put the most current information in my video and didn't want to waste time mentioning all the other needless info. Any *new* people playing the game will have to defeat the Alchemist.
I got a chaos die in one of my runs from a treasure chest in holy mountain. I then proceeded to die from circle of acid and i didn't even defeat the Alchemist boss in any of my runs.

I recently discoverd something cool, once you beat the last boss you can head all the way back to the surface and go the the sky alter above the mountain and complete the game there, the entire world turns into green gold and you are not killed. Neato

This poopstone reminds me of witcher 3 blood and wine. When you were in the imagination land near the end game and end of additional content you could find fools gold in a pile of donkey shit and after you pick it up the donkey kicked you. Very subtle message from the game creators there is more important things than looting. Maybe the meaning of this item is "you play too much"

With the rune of emptiness be also careful of the "master of grounding" as well as he also removes the rune of emptiness.
That's true. The Master of Grounding and the Master of Wounding both have a disintegration field around them that will destroy certain physics items like the runestones and tablets.
@@FuryForged I lost a great/relaxed run to him, when I got a rune of emptiness in the mines and telepathic kick as a perk and lost it once more just 2 layer down. Still managed to get to the end, but not as easy/relaxed.

It's easier to get now. If you (spoiler warning):
get the essence of spirits at the bottom of the lake and then destroy an essence eater, then you will get the stone (the same is true for all of the essences and their stone.)

when I got the runestone of lava I threw it at a holly mountain portal it removed the portal maybe the other has it to?
It probably turned the teleportatium in the circular vat underneath the portal, which is responsible for powering the portal, into lava
