INTERACTION WITH FIRE STATION CENTRAL OC

While interacting with fire station central OC Kilesezo Tsukru, he mentioned that going for firefighting is always a risk but we have been trained for this purpose. He also mentioned that they are always alert 24X7 incase of emergency. Every month they conduct awareness programs to the public and institutions. And by the way they are brave firemen and not sepoys .officers of course for example will be addressed as OC or 2nd OC fire and emergency service.They do great job and we are happy for their dedication to save property .lives and others where state police cannot do as traning is based on different duties

Almost all the fire incident in Dimapur is in Plain manu areas. This plain people are stingy, cheap. If there's any electric faulty in their house instead of calling the professional electrical department they manage it by themselves (desi jugaad) just to save some money in their pockets. Thus many short circuit incidents. Also instead of using LPG cylinder for cooking they used kerosene stove or firewood carelessly. Note: This people can use 1 LPG cylinder for one whole year.
