This was an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL video of this NS train rolling through in NOTCH 8! That's my kinda getting down the rails! Thanks for sharing this video with us! Cheers from Delmar, Delaware
AREA looks very familiar the old Conrail archive footage this railroad used to be the former Conrail Railroad this is a really good video I really enjoyed it and thank you
There is no way I would ever stand that close. Right after a turn like that. Sheesh. Any derailment, the trains is going to tumble all over the place and you’re a goner.
if i did my math on this right, it sounded like he was running notch 5, pushing about 62-65 miles per hour, and the train i believe was 2.17 miles long from front to back....
When you realize the two-mile-long train is faster than your 10ft car.
This reminds me of how fast AMTK’s road railer trains were! 😃 what a fast flying fantastic video!
Thanks!
NS 5350 your welcome!
Love those yellow front ACC units!
Thumbs up👍
Thanks! I like them too!
Yellow is my favorite color

Wow, he was really moving! Caught him last winter at Lake Street
That’s Ravenna Ohio btw
It's weird how the longer trailers and containers seem to be moving much slower than the train itself.
Awesome video! He sure was moving, you can hear the clickity clack of the repacked rail there.
Thanks, and I love that sound! I need to use this spot more often.

Norfolk Southern was never Conrail
I like the ex-PRR position lights. Nice video.
Thanks! Sure wish NS didn't remove them last year...
Now THAT is a fast freight!

true
bro they took out those old style signals now they're just not even there anymore 😢
Whoa, you wouldn't want to be stuck on the tracks when this train came through. You'd be in the next state before you knew what hit you.
that train horn made me jump out of my skin then i thought hey who invited the ghost train
If they still had a caboose tacked on the back, the crew would be hanging on for dear life.
I remember catching 9333 leading 1800 in bessemer back in February
Awesome!
Nice catch of the intermodal train Ron.
Rare to see a ACC and SD70M together. That's rare you got a SD70M before retirement
SD70M trailing?!?!?!?
NANI!!!!!
Those Joint Sounds 🙌🏻
Dang that boy is speeding
That's fast! About 60-70mph I guess :D
Probably 50-55
Amazing! This is on the Fort Wayne Line right? Nothing beats speeding freight not even speeding passenger trains!
Yep! And this is the Fort Wayne Line
Share if you would violate fra regulations with the bois
This makes British freight seem like a preschool project
I saw either 1800 or 1801 today coming through my city. It was looking a little rough.
I saw your bike helmet. That’s how fast.
I like the old Pennsy signals.
That P5 sounds like it's different from other P5s.
It's fouled and not all the notes are sounding
Fast cars, fast women, fast trains; love em all
Cool catch dude
Thanks! Sure was going fast!
Cool I saw in Norfolk Southern SD70acc Passing my house

@@NS_5350 your welcome
What line is that?
The Fort Wayne Line
Now either thats track speed or he put that throttle to notch 1800 because that is just too fast
There's no notch 1800, but that loco does go up to eleven. 😀
Tails bonnet
Bruh how!!?!?. It’s in the city limits plus it goes past 2 curves
Amtrak goes even faster thru here. This was going 55-60 while Amtrak often does 70+
1.5 is fast!
sign says no outlet. think he's going a little to fast.
