Mine hasn’t been the best the past few days. On Saturday my husband was away on a hiking trip with his gym peeps, and while I was home alone, I had a grand mal seizure. So I’ve been trying to recover, and that’s why I’ve been a little MIA here.😊

@@SylviaAndKoreeBichanga, biotin helps, really any of the B complex. Here in the states you can get topical biotin, but obviously I haven't a clue what you've there. Any other symptoms of low thyroid or autoimmune? Is it just thinking, or a bald circle? Are you able to still find hair products for your hair? For example, I have fine wavy hair and many conditioners have too much or wrong protein for my hair and not enough moisturisers. Hopefully that made sense, I'm tired!

The supermarket prices are very expensive in comparison with Europe&US, I pay max 1$(0,80€)/pomegranate in Europe supermarket,all the vegis & fruits are cheap, 1,5$/1kg banana etc.

Things have really changed since we lived in Kisumu from 1994 to 2000. We didn’t have anything like a supermarket. There was a NakuMatt before we left which we thought was wonderful. Love your African dress. Edith
Yes NakuMatt was still here in 2018 when we came. But soon after left
I love your videos. When you're shopping for the holiday, invest in things for the long haul. So, instead of buying disposable items, if you plan on doing events where people come over, go with long lasting items. I bought a rack for the turkey to sit in. I cut lettuce, carrots & celery and put the rack over it. I then sit the bird in it.
Do things over time. Instead of waiting for a turkey over 2 days, order it 2 weeks before. It can always be frozen when bought, then defrosted. I make my stuffing 3 days before. It's a caramelized onion stuffing with hot turkey sausages, mushrooms and tarragon. I like for the flavors to jell over time. Next day, I make my desserts and sides. I rinse my bird and let it dry overnight. Then season overnight and cook the next day.
I shop at the cheapest place first. Then I go to other places to buy what I need. I do go online to my local stores to see what's on sale and create a shopping list.
I also buy what's not in season. Sometimes yams are cheaper in August than November.
Also, look at Indian or Chinese markets for pomegranate products, ghee.
I was surprised at how people just cut in front of you without apology. Is that common place?

If Kenya's Registrar of Births doesn't have those answers, there are genealogy services online that could help. You can do it just for the fun of it.
