#3 oh my gosh this resonated so much about myself and my own readings I’ve done lately in particular about throat chakra and meditation. I did one vocal lesson and one meditation earlier this week. Hopefully I can get into a routine. I find it hard to quiet my mind to meditate. There are things I just know but I doubt sometimes and wonder if I’m disillusioned. There are subtle things I notice but wonder if I take things too personally. I’ve been told those things lol that I’m delusional and overly sensitive, take things too personally, am paranoid.
