The people who did this.. are the ones you protect with that rhetoric.. police in the usa shoot less then 50 unarmed people every year of every race.. 50 people is still bad on an individual level but statistically so low, that you couldn't hope to improve it much more, so long as humans are involved... meanwhile 7000 black people die in homicides per year with over 80% of that being gang related.. idk if you're a betting man but i know who i'd bet on having done this.. the odds of it being the police is about 0.7% but the odds a gang memeber did it.. well we all know that's what it was already so pretty high lol
