I don't know if all the alt-rights in the audience liked how easily Banchamek beat Plawecki, but Plawecki had nothing going for him. He could punch but no clinch, no knees, no kicks, nothin. No wonder he wears knee length beach shorts, no reason to lift those kicks up above ankle level. Banchamek has great knees, great clinch, great evasion and guard, great kicks, great combinations. Plawecki is a great punching bag.

I felt sorry for L.P. If it wasn't such a big fight, I think the ref would have stopped it. Most important thing is to learn from this experience. These muscled macho fighters get emotional, and throw everything at 100%. Fighting angry or mad just opens the valve on your adrenaline and blood oxygen . It's gone in 30 seconds, and you're slower and almost defenseless, against someone so calm and technical Going the distance with a legend, is a great accomplishment - a very brave and determined fighter
