At what point do parents have to start taking responsibility for the Children they brought into this world and their up bringing. Why is it the "City" is the only one that has to do better and step up to the plate so to speak? Why do we have these problems in todays society but when I was in High School in the early 80's we didnt have these issues? What has changed? The problem is obvious, we have just chosen to look the other way and ignore it or blame it on everyone but ourselves. This is what happens when you allow a village to raise your idiot!
How about educating specific cultures to stop shooting and killing one another? It is glamorized in rap music, rap videos, World Star, and in predominately black communities. Facts.
