I think I may be the only person to notice it… but selby took quantum leap from great player to world champion when he ditched the jester vibe and giggles during matches and replaced with his les Dawson style gurns.

The first foul called on Selby there was not a foul. It had repercussions later as Mark Allen would have needed the last red before snookers were required. Leo Sculion always acts like he's on his holidays when he's reffing games.
If you paid attention, you'd have realised that it was called by Selby himself.

Selby is the reason a lot of people don't watch snooker surely he should be warned for taking too long to hit shots it's frigging ridiculous
Selby is an inspiration. He never gives up and always remains competitive (unlike Ronnie when he has a bad day). Despite his fairly limited ability, he has managed to win 4 world titles. I think we can all learn a lot from the way he approaches snooker.

Hendry won just as many world titles in a far shorter career. Also he hated losing and would always give bettors a good run for their money. Selby may be boring for some and sometimes takes it too far, but safety and strategy is an important part of the game.
@@1simonruss Hendry was a machine kinda like Davis in their prime both looked unbeatable though not the most exciting to watch you can watch Selby but most people I'd imagine like players who excite like O'Sullivan, white, hurricane Higgins , judd trump etc ....... O'Sullivan has won more big events than anyone it's not his fault Hendry lost his hunger for the game maybe he saw the quality of the players coming up and said I'm off at least O'Sullivan is still competing at the highest level after so long too
